Last night The Cedar was rocked by a phenomenal performance by Rokia Traoré and her incredible band. The room was packed, and by the end of the evening everyone was on their feet, shaking most parts of their anatomy, while the band seemed to be channeling the Prince records they had been listening to in the Green Room before they came on stage (filtered through Mali, of course)! We send out our thanks to Rokia, the band and the crew for such an inspirational evening of hot playing!
